The communication of the special products in Camozzi Special products had no a clear communication because of their variety and their production did not allow their management with conventional instruments. For every need, out of the standard catalog of every customer, was developed a special product that is not allowed to be included from the start in the catalog of standard products and this was not advertised and made known to the sales force.
Needs It was necessary to be able to inform the sales force of all the special products developed using a different channel for the products in its catalog, website and printed catalog. There was a need to create the logical access to these products that allowed to choose many parameters, usually not used, to locate them with order. The strong development of the product required that the sales force was updated with new contents on a frequent basis. The tool had to be easy to use and had to operate offline but with continuous updates.
